Designed to allow many size or laying scheme to be used for raised flooring, the hallmark feature of e_base is the load-bearing structure in polypropylene, which, when combined with Evo_2/e™ porcelain stoneware, guarantees maximum safety standards even in the event of breakage, without the application of any reinforcement system on the back of the slabs.

How does it work?

WARNING

  • The e_base system is conceived for raised floors outdoors in porcelain stoneware, and must be sold and used as per the technical specifications. The upper plastic grid must not be sold or used unless in combination with the adjustable supports of the system itself.
  • Outdoor pavings installed unglued above the ground level are subject to the action of the wind, with the risk, in some cases of becoming airborne. The manufacturer recommends to require the assistance of a qualified professional in order to check the suitability of the installation system above the ground adopted, in accordance with the local laws and regulations and conditions of use. failure to do so could result in serious injury or propriety damage.

NOTE

If the application of the 20mm slabs foresees the ceramic product used in the structural installations, the project engineer and/or customer must carefully asses the project requirements with regard to the technical specifications of the slabs.
The prevent the risk of damage or injury, the manufacturer recommends:

  • with reference to any dry installation system of flooring above the ground level, the manufacturer recommends to comply with local regulations and conditions of use with regard to windload, loadbearing, seismic events, etc. failure to comply with these recommendations may lead to improper use of the product and could cause serious damage or injury.
  • the maximum height permitted with the raised laying system is 30cm/12”.
